The China-Europe Association for Economic Cooperation and Technological Investment has the following goals:

• To promote mutual knowledge and economic exchanges between Spain and China, especially those of technological nature.

• To promote mutual industrial knowledge between China and Europe.

• To boost the matching between Spanish and Chinese technological companies and  investors in search of new projects.
• 鼓励科技公司与西班牙和中国投资者进行会面，寻找新的项目。
• To encourage the technology transfer agreements between China and Europe.
• 鼓励中国和欧洲之间建立技术转让协议。
